Privacy policy

This describes what Saptapuri does with information about you. It is written to match how the site actually works, which is deliberately very little.

What this site collects

Nothing automatically. This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and stores nothing in your browser. There are no accounts and nothing to log in to.

Our web server keeps standard request logs, which include your IP address, for security and to diagnose faults.

What you send us

The enquiry and booking forms do not submit anything to us. They compose a message in WhatsApp or your email program, which you then send yourself — so you can read exactly what leaves your device before it does.

Once you send it, we hold what you chose to tell us: your name, your phone number or email address, your travel dates, and anything else you wrote. We use it to answer you and to arrange the stay, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Messages sent over WhatsApp pass through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and has its own privacy terms.

Who else sees it

The house you are enquiring about, so it can prepare for your stay. Nobody else.

Pages showing a property location embed a map from OpenStreetMap, which will see that your browser requested that map.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are arranging your stay and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you travel with us again. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your rights and how to reach us

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address on our support page and a person will answer.
